At Mimento, we believe your personal relationships are private. Our business model is simple: we sell a great app, not your data.

1. Data Collection and Usage

Mimento is designed with a "Privacy First" architecture. All your contacts, notes, and relationship data are stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud container via CloudKit.

• We do not have access to your data.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not track your location or usage behavior.

2. iCloud Sync

We use Apple's CloudKit service to synchronize your data across your devices. This data is encrypted by Apple and is only accessible by you.
