• Vault Items: Passwords and codes you choose to store (encrypted locally)
• Photos: Chore verification photos you submit (stored in your iCloud)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Display your household information within the app
• Sync data across your personal devices via iCloud
• Generate AI-powered chore assignments and suggestions
• Send local notifications for reminders (with your permission)

3. Data Storage & Security

All your data is stored using Apple's secure frameworks:

• SwiftData + CloudKit: Your data syncs through your personal iCloud account
• On-Device Processing: AI features run locally on your device
• No External Servers: We do not operate servers that store your data
• Encryption: Sensitive vault items use iOS Keychain encryption

4. Third-Party Services

HQAi integrates with the following services:

• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across your devices
• Apple Calendar (EventKit): To check your availability (optional, requires permission)
• Amazon.com: External links for shopping (no data shared)

We do not share your personal data with any third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.
